Overview
Joe is a young boy that lives with his mommy, Joanna, in working-class London. Both reside over the dressmaker shop of Mr. Kandinsky, who likes to inform Joe stories. When Kandinsky notifies Joe that a unicorn can approve wishes, the hopeful lad ends up purchasing an infant goat with one tiny horn, believing it to be a real unicorn. Unflinching by his rough surroundings, Joe commences to show that desires can come to life.
