Overview
Christopher Wheeldon choreographed a full-length ballet for the Royal Ballet at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. The ballet is based on Lewis Carroll's famous story of Alice, an ordinary girl who falls down a rabbit hole one summer afternoon and finds herself on an extraordinary adventure. Joby Talbot composed the music, and the designs were created by the internationally acclaimed Bob Crowley. Lauren Cuthbertson of the Royal Ballet dances Alice, and actor Simon Russell-Beale plays the Duchess in a cameo role.
