Lynn Markham relocates into her late other half's coastline residence the morning after former occupant Eloise Crandall dropped from the high cliff. To her inconvenience, Lynn finds both her real estate representative and also Drummond Hall, her beachcomber next-door neighbor, making themselves quite in the house. Lynn quickly has no doubts of what her unscrupulous next-door neighbors depend on, however she finds Drummond's physical beauties difficult to stand up to. And she still does not recognize what truly occurred to Eloise.
