In the very early 1980s, an FBI Representative is appointed to examine the murder of a revered professor. Via his investigation, he unearths a spider internet of global tricks that has actually been growing within college universities throughout America for decades. His investigation takes him across the Pacific to the island country of Taiwan, where with the help of the forthright widow as well as a not likely spy, he learns that the Professor's killing was not an arbitrary act, yet a hopeless relocation by an outrageous federal government intent on maintaining its villainous tasks under wraps. Our investigative quickly finds himself on a clash against the united state State Division, the Chinese Mafia, as well as the Nationalist Chinese Federal Government - in a land where the fact is not what it appears as well as the only people he can trust, can not be relied on in any way. Motivated by real occasions.
