Overview
Michael Chapman used to be a child TV star. When he grows up and is unable to find work, he and his brother establish their own talent agency specializing in child actors. They can't seem to find the next big thing, and they have to deal with another agency that isn't above bribing kids to sign with them. Michael meets a young girl who is a real spitfire one day and believes she might be the person they are looking for.
