This animated spin on Oliver Twist re-imagines Oliver being an adorable orphaned kitty who struggles to live in New York City and drops in with a group of criminals led by an individual. To begin with, Oliver matches with a carefree mutt with street savoir faire, Dodger. However, if Oliver and wealthy Jenny meet on one of the thieving missions of the gang, his life changes for ever.
