Overview
The dawn of some little city Labour Day picnic, a drifter (Hal Carter) blows into town to visit an old fraternity friend (Alan Benson) who also appears to be the son of the wealthiest man in the city. Hal is a egotistical braggart - all potential and no accomplishment. He matches up with buddy of Alan Benson, the city beauty queen and Madge Owens.
