Overview
After the Wild West, a small grouping of misfit settlers - including ex-doctor Phil Taylor, prostitute Belle, and also bookseller Julian - decide they can't reside in their current situation in the west. They hire a grizzled alcoholic lane master by James Harlow's name to simply take them from the East onto a travel back to their hometowns.
