An unnamed veteran travels by boat to a small village where a crooked police force is terrorizing the residents. Due to the circumstances, the police unit, under the direction of its senior officer, chases the veteran into the forest outside of town. He uses his special forces training to overcome the well-armed but inattentive cops searching for him, arming himself only with a knife and the materials he finds in abandoned buildings.
